To view Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (DPEIR) for BART to Livermore, select from the files below. Readers are invited to submit written comments on the adequacy of the document; i.e., does this Draft EIR identify and analyze the possible environmental impacts and recommend appropriate mitigation measures? Comments are most helpful when they are specific and targeted to the environmental assessment; for example, by identifying specific impacts that need further evaluation and what additional information is desired, or by describing alternatives or measures that would better mitigate significant environmental effects. Comments may be submitted anytime during the public review period, which extends from November 5, 2009, through 5 p.m. on January 21, 2010.
